Location of Processing and Entities with Access to Data
The processing related to the web services of this site takes place at the aforementioned headquarters of the Data Controller and is handled by the internal staff of Casa Wallace S.r.l. Additionally, processing is outsourced to Blastness S.p.a., the company responsible for developing the website, which acts as the Data Processor. The relationship between the two companies is governed by a specific data processing agreement under Article 28, Section 3 of the GDPR 2016/679.
Processing Methods and Retention Period
Personal data is processed using automated electronic tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. Legal Basis for Processing
Consent: Article 6, letter A) of the GDPR: “The data subject has given consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes.” Such consent must represent the “freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous indication of the data subject’s wishes, by which they signify agreement, through a statement or clear affirmative action, to the processing of personal data relating to them.”

Rights of the Data Subject
